Health and fitness isn't for the elite few; I know it's not for everyone. With over thirty years experience as a personal trainer and coach I have worked with adults, children, busy parents, grandparents and athletes to achieve their own personal and unique goals. Most importantly I love helping clients integrate movement, activity and exercise in to their everyday lives. I fully understand that your fitness sessions will be part of your life and not take over your life.
I have worked with clients to achieve everything: from being able to walk up the stairs unaided to competing at a national level. I believe in moving well and moving often to ensure that my client's physical health is protected and developed.
I love to help my clients have the physical independence and resilience to enjoy the life they want to live. This could be learning to perform olympic lifts and conquer gymnastic skills to developing the physical and mental resilience, fitness and confidence to enjoy life and everything it throws at you! Fitness is not just about numbers on a bar - it's having the movement skills and mindset to enable you to thrive long into old age.

I can help you with programming to reach your goals and will make sure that your lifestyle and demands on your time are taken into account. Nothing is out of reach but I will always keep it real with you and work with you to set realistic and achievable goals and celebrate all the milestones and wins along the way.

Understanding the constraints of a busy, chaotic lifestyle is my speciality. We all know exercise is essential to both physical health and mental wellbeing. Sessions will be realistic and sensible programming is the key to fitting your workouts into your busy life.
My goal is to enable you to enjoy moving well and feeling confident in your own ability. I ensure that my sessions are tailored to your abilities and ambitions whist being varied, progressive and most importantly FUN!
