1:1 Personal Training
Goal focused training. Every session bespoke to each individual. We will use a variety of approaches, lots of different equipment, exercises and activities to make each session fun.

Small group training
Maximum group size 3 Share a common goal, Make it fun, Train with friend(s). Partner work, synchro work, friendly competitions - anything could happen.

1:1 or 1:2 Fitness Pilates
An exercise program that can be tailored to suit the individual. Designed to enhance the posture, strength, balance and stability of a healthy adult. Applying fundamental moves designed by Joseph pilates and adapted by Rachel Holmes with the aim of offsetting musculoskeletal imbalances.

CLASSES

Forever Fit:
A happy class to help 'bullet proof' our future selves. We challenge all areas of our health and fitness that diminish as we age. Strength, Balance, co-ordination, agility and cardiovascular fitness in a fun based class

Wed 1-2pm at NR12 Fitness, Hoveton.

NR12 Ride30:
​30 minutes of high intensity, low impact work to strengthen not our legs but our cardio fitness too.
Thurs 7-730am at NR12 Fitness, Hoveton.

Women's Walking Workout:
​Not just a walk in the park. We walk, we talk, we strength train and oh boy do we giggle!
