About
ME ME ME!
I first qualified as a personal Trainer in 1989 and have been working in the industry ever since.
With over 30 years experience of working with a vast range of clients I feel my style of training has morphed and changed to mould me into the coach I am today.
I’m dedicated to the cause, empathetic to each individual and always work with a great sense of humour.
The aim of my sessions it to work my clients hard but leaving them feeling invigorated and ready to enjoy the rest of their day and tackle anything that everyday life throws at them.
We are all busy people and not many have the time to make fitness their whole lives. In each session we prioritise our goals and optimize our exercise choices to get the most ‘bang for our buck’ from each move.
Strength and conditioning for all ages, pre and post natal exercise, Peri/menopause 3rd age ladies and exercise for the older client are among many of my favourite sessions.
